Cancellation Policy

How to cancel
Clients may request cancellation by email at info@appriox.com. Cancellation is effective when we confirm receipt, unless a project-specific agreement states otherwise. Specific agreements may contain different terms.
Work already performed
Work performed before cancellation remains payable. Completed milestones and committed resources may remain payable.
Recurring consulting
Recurring or subscription-based consulting can be cancelled for future billing. Already-started billing periods are generally non-refundable.
Project agreements
If a Statement of Work or other signed agreement includes cancellation, wind-down, or remaining-fee terms, those terms control.
