Refund Policy

Overview
This policy describes how Appriox, LLC handles refunds for software development and technical consulting services. It does not promise automatic refunds. Project-specific agreements or Statements of Work may override this general policy.
Work already performed
Fees for consulting or development work already performed are generally non-refundable. Completed milestones remain payable.
Prepaid unused services
Prepaid unused services may be reviewed based on the applicable agreement, remaining scope, and whether the related capacity or schedule was reserved. Any adjustment is evaluated case by case and is not guaranteed.
Committed expenses
Committed project expenses, including third-party costs incurred or contracted for the engagement, may remain payable even if remaining work is reduced or stopped.

Billing questions should be sent to info@appriox.com. Please include the invoice or project reference so we can review the applicable agreement.
